The Society shall be called "Sutton United Lucky Striker".

Sutton United Football Club shall appoint an Administrator to run the Society and it shall be the sole prerogative of Sutton United Football Club to appoint or remove the Administrator.

The sole purpose of the Society shall be to raise funds for and on behalf of Sutton United Football Club.

The maximum number of members of the Society shall be one thousand. Membership of the Society shall be by payment of £60 annually or by a periodical standing order (£5 a month, or £15 per quarter).

Members may have more than one share in the society.

All valid member shares shall be included in every prize draw.

One Prize Draw will be held each month at Sutton United Football Club ground at a pre-arranged day and time by pre-arranged officer of the Society and / or the Sutton United Supporters Club - the number of prizes to be determined from time to time by the Administrator.

The value of the total monthly prize money shall not be below 45% of the monthly receipts or above 55% of the monthly receipts.

The annual total prize money shall be 50% of the annual income.

The balance held by the society, after paying prizes and reasonable administration expenses actually incurred, shall be donated to Sutton United Football Club.

A record of each month's prize-draw shall be posted on a principal notice board at the Borough Sports Ground, Gander Green Lane.

It shall be the duties of the Administrator to:
1.Keep a register of names and addresses of all members.
2.Keep a record of all membership payments received.
3.Arrange for all draws to be made and witnessed.
4.Pay all winning members from the prize fund, within 28 days of the date of the draw.
5.Maintain a bank account, to bank all membership payments and pay all prizes.
6.Present a written record of the current state of the society to the Management Committee of Sutton United Football Club annually and at any time when requested, to include number of members, monthly income and results for the previous three months, total funds held by the society and money paid to Sutton United Football Club in the last twelve months.

If any member is not happy with any aspect of the administration or workings of the Society, the member should present their grievance to the Management Committee of Sutton United Football Club in writing. The decision of the Management Committee shall be final
